MEMBERS BULLETIN – Welcome to the July Edition of the Defence Growth Partnership Newsletter.
This upcoming month represents an exciting time for the Defence Sector. We look forward to announcements and launches at Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) and the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA).
There has been a great deal of effort across Industry and Government in preparing for RIAT and FIA and I am confident that industries within the UK Defence sector will be putting on a strong show.
The Defence Growth Partnership have a number of events aimed at highlighting particular overseas engagements and innovation challenges as well as the major launch of our Defence Enterprise Exports Programme (DEEP).
The launch of DEEP will be happening at FIA at our DGP Conference, on Wednesday 15 th July at 10:00 in Innovate 2, Media Centre, Hall 1. This is an important, exciting event – and I would encourage everyone involved in the DGP to join us. Registration for this open event is available through the ADS website.
One of the major objectives of the DGP is to help companies to increase export sales so I would like to congratulate those involved in the Australian SEA 5000 programme which represents a genuine milestone in UK Defence International Trade.
